Zenith Academic Press provides educational materials and digital access to publications through individual online accounts hosted on our website.
Digital Access
When you purchase digital access, you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to access the purchased educational material through your Zenith Academic Press account.
Digital purchases provide online access through your account. Unless a product page expressly states otherwise, the purchase does not include delivery of a downloadable PDF file.
Subject to these Terms and the continued availability of the service, purchased materials remain accessible through your account.
Printed Materials
Where Zenith Academic Press offers a printed version of a publication, this will be clearly identified on the relevant product page. Any applicable price, shipping terms, delivery information, and other conditions will be presented before the order is confirmed.
4. Pricing and Payment
Currency
Unless otherwise clearly indicated, prices displayed on the website are in Canadian dollars (CAD).
Total Amount

Digital Access
Access to purchased digital materials is normally activated after successful payment confirmation.
Purchased materials can then be accessed through the user's Zenith Academic Press account and online library.
If access is not activated after successful payment, please contact us so that we can investigate the order.
Printed Materials
Where printed materials are offered, the applicable shipping method, expected processing period, delivery terms, and any associated charges will be communicated as part of the order process.
Rights relating to delayed or failed delivery remain subject to applicable consumer protection law.
8. Returns and Refunds
Digital Access
Due to the nature of digital access, digital purchases are normally considered final once access to the purchased material has been activated.
This does not limit any cancellation, refund, warranty, or other rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

Printed Materials
If a printed product arrives damaged or defective, please contact Zenith Academic Press promptly after receipt and provide reasonable information concerning the issue.

Nothing in these Terms restricts any legal warranty or other mandatory consumer right available under applicable Quebec law.
